Their leadership and collaboration played a critical role in shaping America’s approach to protecting forests\, parks\, and natural resources. \nDrawing on decades of research and one of the nation’s most extensive collections of presidential memorabilia\, Dr. Cook brings the personalities and decisions of these leaders vividly to life. Come hungry and wear comfortable shoes for this two-hour adventure. \nOffered by Grey Towers Heritage Association\, the tour will feature some tastings of Milford’s favorite food spots and illustrate the many contributions made by the prominent Pinchot family since the 1800s. \nFind out what connection Milford has to the Emancipation Proclamation\, Teddy Roosevelt and the Rough Riders\, and our National Forests. \nThis interesting stroll through the borough will illustrate how one family influenced the beginnings of the community. \nLimited to 30 people.  When this event sells out\, ask to be placed on the waiting list. \n  \nTour starts at 10:00 at the Community House\, 201 Broad Street\, Milford\, PA 18337. \nMembers recieve a discount for this event.
