Handmade crafts, arts, programs, children's activities, educational exhibits, and more!

  • Artisans will be sharing their creative process and showcasing their wood goods for sale.
  • Exhibitors range from Beekeepers to Master Gardeners and the Audubon Society to education and conservancy groups.
  • Unique Wood Crafts: Demonstrations, and Sales
  • Children’s Activities: Pool Terrace
  • Smokey Bear & Woodsy Owl will make appearances.
  • Mansion Tour: Free, Self-guided, 1st Floor only 
  • 10am - 4pm: Movies in the Bait Box
  • 10am - 5pm: Letterbox Gift Shop & Education Center
  • 11am Restored Pocono Fire Towers Awards Ceremony: An award presentation celebrating the Fire Tower’s restoration at the fire tower site. Visitors may pick up a map at the Fire Tower table at the festival. Following the presentation, guests will have the opportunity to be safely guided to the top of the Tower, where interpretive stories and historical context will be shared. Guided tours of the Tower will be available throughout the day.
  • 1pm Forest Discovery Trail Hike: A guided hike will depart from the Fire Tower Festival of Wood table and will lead attendees to the Fire Tower, where they will have the opportunity to take a guided tour to the top and learn more about its history and significance. The hike also offers a chance to explore the whole trail and its interpretive features.
